Family Dollar Stores Of North Carolina LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and help with stocking and receiving merchandise at our Winston-Salem location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with colleagues and leaders.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, and areas neat and presentable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
