Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing and walking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks for stock replenishment.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and overall presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
