Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of North Carolina LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers with questions, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming store environment. This role supports stocking, cleanliness, safety, and merchandising, providing friendly service and ensuring accurate cash handling.

You will assist with unloading, restocking, and ensuring areas are neat, presentable, and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Keep store well-stocked and restock merchandise as needed
