Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, process sales at the register, and help keep the store secure, stocked, and clean.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred) and prior customer service in retail or related fields. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform regular walking, standing, and stocking tasks as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment with friendly interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
