Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience, assist customers, and process transactions at the register.

You will maintain store cleanliness, stock replenishment, unload trucks, and ensure safety and friendly interactions with customers and teammates. The role requires a high school diploma and prior service experience, plus the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling work.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
