Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload deliveries, and keep the store clean and safe. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience in a related setting is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment to productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and waste removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
