Job summary

Family Dollar in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive shipments and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
