Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist with questions, process transactions, and help keep the store clean and presentable.

The role covers stocking, unloading trucks, replenishment, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and teammates. This part-time position is based at our Miamisburg, Ohio location and offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, floors, trash, and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
