Family Dollar is hiring a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and move for long periods, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. This is a part-time, on-site position at a Georgia location.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, floors, trash handling, and neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
