Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, and keep the store well-stocked and clean.

The role involves lifting 30–50 lbs, unloading trucks, and maintaining a friendly, professional environment. Previous retail or service industry experience is highly preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at a cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
