Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Bell, California store. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean, stocked, and presentable.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred); retail or service experience is highly preferred. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stay active on your feet, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
