Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Wisconsin LLC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and ensure safety and cleanliness of the store in Sauk City, WI.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time opportunities may be available and employment is at-will.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and moving.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while operating assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
