Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Wisconsin LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, ensure cash security, and keep the store stocked and presentable.

The role requires good communication, teamwork, and physical stamina to lift 30–50 lbs and perform store duties, including cleaning and restocking. Flexible, part-time hours offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
