Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Wisconsin LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join the team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. This part-time role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, unloading merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness across the store in Belleville, WI.

You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, follow store procedures, lift items up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced retail environment while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and overall presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
