Family Dollar Stores Of Wisconsin LLC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, protect cash, stock shelves, and help with receiving merchandise and unloading trucks.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, safety, cleanliness, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time options may be available at our Crivitz location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
