Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Wisconsin LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help stock and maintain a clean store.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, replenishing shelves, ensuring safety and a friendly environment, and performing other duties as assigned. Part-time position with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment for customers and staff.
