Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate at our Lincoln Park, Michigan location to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.

This part-time role requires a friendly attitude, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with standing, walking, and stocking duties. Training and store perks are available to successful applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and waste disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
