Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Tennessee LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires reliable attendance, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. Part-time positions are available at 125 Five Points Dr, Copperhill, TN 37317, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, trash, and stock areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
