Job summary

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safety, and efficient operation of daily store duties, including merchandise reception, cleaning, and maintaining presentable aisles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Provide a clean, safe, and respectful shopping environment.
