The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift items as part of daily duties. This is a part-time position located in Kingsport, TN, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels, including restocking bathrooms and floors.
• Receive and unload merchandise and replenish stock per productivity standards.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
