Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience for every guest, represent the brand with pride, and share your authentic self at work.

You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and stay flexible across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options.
• Introduce and promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store teamwork.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
