Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for every guest.

You will represent the company values and convey real energy while helping guests find exactly what they need. You will educate guests on AE/Aerie products, introduce the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to meet daily store needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to guide them to products they want.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items that meet their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Be a team player and support fellow colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
