Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and helping guests find exactly what they need while living our values.

You are the face of our company and proud of it, with a passion for AE and Aerie products. You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and contribute to a friendly, energetic team

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• You are energetic, capable of handling multiple tasks, and personable.
• Experience in retail and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
