Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will be the face of the company, passionate about AE products and building brand loyalty with every guest, while upholding company values.

In this role you will engage customers on product details, educate them about AE & Aerie, and seamlessly move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative store environment.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
