Position Status: Part-Time
Hourly Rate: $11/hr.
Location/Address: 55 Carr Hill Rd., Columbus, IN 47201.
Responsibilities
- Cashier: Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, follows all cash handling procedures, provides general information about Goodwill programs, directs higher‑level questions to managers, and maintains cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Textiles or Wares Producer: Sorts product for quality and value, checks for defects, properly labels and hangs textiles or wares, produces 100 wares or 85 textiles per hour, uses conveyor belts and pallet jacks as needed, and updates daily production tracking sheets.
- Donation Door Attendant: Accepts donations, keeps the donation door clean, sorts products quickly and accurately, organizes the backroom, loads and unloads trucks, and operates heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and hydraulic lifts.
- eCommerce Producer: Identifies items of value for ClickGoodwill, stays informed about market value via eBay and other sites, tags and packages items for shipping, and maintains team knowledge of high‑ticket eCommerce items.
- e-Books Producer: Scans books, decides what is sent to ClickGoodwill or displayed in‑store, prints inventory sheets, selects top sellers, and maintains a clean in‑store display.
- Rack and Cart Runner: Checks each rack/cart for quality and value, sizes and merchandises, purges the sales floor, puts away carts, stocks shelves, runs one textile rack/wares cart per 15 minutes, and updates daily production tracking sheets.

Physical Requirements
- Must spend >8 hours sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
