Job description

Position

Position Status: Part‑Time | Hourly Rate: $13/hr. Location/Address: 25 E Spring Mill Pointe Dr., Westfield, IN 46074.

Responsibilities

• Cashier
  Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, follows all cash handling procedures and protocols. Provides general information about Goodwill programs to educate customers and answer questions. Directs higher‑level questions to the appropriate associate or manager. Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor (purge, size, run racks, merchandise).
• Textiles or Wares Producer
  Sorts product to identify quality and value (checks for holes, missing buttons, defective zippers, stains and cleans as needed) and properly tags and hangs textiles or wares. Produces 100 items per hour for wares/85 items per hour for textiles while adhering to Goodwill’s pricing standards and updates the daily production tracking sheet. Occasionally uses a pallet jack and regularly uses a conveyor belt.
• Donation Door Attendant
  Accepts donations from customers, maintains a clean and clear donation door, sorts products and distributes them to the appropriate areas rapidly and accurately. Keeps the backroom clean and organized, labels boxes, ensures everything is in its place. Loads and unloads trucks, uses pallet jack, double stacker, floor scrubber, hydraulic lift as needed.
• eCommerce Producer
  Identifies and secures items of value for ClickGoodwill. Stays informed of market value through eBay and other internet shopping sites, tags, itemises and secures items in totes for ClickGoodwill, educates team on high‑ticket items. Packs, wraps and ships totes to ClickGoodwill while meeting the store budget for totes shipped per week.
• e‑Books Producer
  Scans books, decides what is sent to ClickGoodwill or displayed at the store to meet budget, prints inventory sheets, packs, seals and ships totes, identifies top sellers and maintains an organised in‑store display.
• Rack/Cart Runner
  Checks each rack/cart for quality and value, sizes, merchandises and purges the sales floor, keeps floor clean, puts away carts and stocks shelves. Runs one textile rack/wares cart per 15 minutes and updates daily production tracking sheet.

Other Requirements
