Michaels Stores is seeking a Store Associate in Houston, TX to help customers, manage checkout, and keep the shop well-stocked. You’ll participate in BOPIS/SFS, promote Rewards and Credit Card enrollments, and support truck unloading and replenishment tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring retail or customer service experience, are able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work with SOPs to ensure a safe, in-stock store.

Qualifikationen

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Lifting and stocking duties as part of daily responsibilities.
• At least 16 years old as required by policy.

Aufgaben

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Operate checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
