Job summary

The Michaels Companies seeks a PT Sales Manager for evenings and weekends in Prosper, TX. This role leads a high-performing selling culture and supports front-end and service operations to deliver a consistent customer experience and strong KPIs.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing SOPs, overseeing POS usage, promotions, and omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery. Ability to train staff and drive loyalty participation is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a diverse team.
• Strong focus on customer experience and selling standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs for compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive satisfaction and conversions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Oversee events and in-store programs, including balloons/party operations.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Framing operations and frame shop coordination where applicable.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
