Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Chester, VA. Location: 12160 Ironbridge Road. Base pay $13.00 per hour.

Contribute to store efficiency, appearance, customer and associate satisfaction by processing donations and stocking the floor.

No previous experience required; a criminal background check will be completed; ability to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; combination with experience considered.
• No previous experience required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect donations and determine marketability.
• Sort raw material by category for store use.
• Tag donated items according to rotation system.
• Prepare items for placement on the sales floor.
• Uphold uniform dress code standards.
