TJ Maxx is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to deliver a highly satisfying shopper experience by engaging with customers, upholding store standards, and supporting operations across departments.

You will ring purchases, promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising and safety standards, and help recover the store layout throughout the shift. A flexible schedule and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and loss-prevention standards.
• Work across multiple areas as needed and support business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
