You will support opening and closing procedures, organize merchandise, and ensure promotions and displays are effective.

The role requires reading and applying corporate directives, maintaining clean, safe store environments, and assisting in payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties.
• Ability to read and interpret operational directives from management.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and maintain inventory controls.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll/scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
