You will assist with daily activities, organize merchandise, and support the Store Manager in training staff and ensuring a positive store environment. Key duties include opening/closing, processing directives, maintaining displays, handling payroll/scheduling, and ensuring safety and loss prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process corporate directives and store communications
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized store areas
• Protect and secure store assets
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure staff compliance
• Support Store Manager in training and development of associates
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Maintain cleanliness and order of bathrooms, floors, and overall store appearance
• Other duties as assigned
