Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development in Las Vegas, Nevada. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, supervise associates, and help maintain stockrooms and sales floors to company standards.

This role emphasizes safety, policy compliance and a positive, efficient shopping experience in a fast-paced environment, with focus on training and developing a capable team while upholding excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required.
