• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience leading teams to achieve sales goals and customer service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Manager in attaining sales targets and store goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Drive customer engagement through promotions and omni-channel features (BOPIS, curbside).
• Provide leadership to run a sound operation with balanced delegation and selling practices.
• Monitor shrink, payroll, and schedules to optimize store performance.
• Collaborate with leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
