Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect assets including cash; follow safety policies.
• Train and develop store associates; supervise as needed.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Ensure store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, trash.
