Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Glenwood, MN location. You will help with daily functions, supervise associates, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, merchandise flow, loss prevention, scheduling, cash handling, and implementing company directives. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Oversee merchandise transfer from delivery to stockroom and floors.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and payroll/scheduling tasks.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets.
