Job summary

Rothy’s is seeking a part-time Retail Ambassador in our San Francisco Fillmore store to deliver exceptional customer experiences and live our values on the sales floor. You’ll focus on meaningful connections, drive sales through service, and support a welcoming, inclusive store culture while assisting with light operational tasks.

You’ll need strong communication, previous retail experience, and a willingness to work at least 16 hours per week across peak days.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willlingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, including peak days.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and use ladders safely.
• Dress code requires wearing Rothy’s shoes during shifts.

Responsibilities
