Job summary

Rothy’s in San Antonio, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Ambassador to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and embody our brand values on the sales floor. You’ll build relationships with customers, drive sales through service, and support a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

You will also assist with limited operational tasks to keep the store well-maintained and running smoothly while wearing our footwear as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week with peak/non-peak day schedule.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Adherence to dress code and wearing Rothy’s shoes during every shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer through best-in-class service and product knowledge.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while building lasting relationships.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store culture with collaboration and teamwork.
• Execute stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store organization tasks.
