Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Restaurant Supervisor at Ford Ice Center Bellevue, Nashville, TN. You will lead hourly staff, ensure service excellence, and help manage daily operations in a fast-paced sports venue.

The role pays $22.00 per hour and includes benefits such as weekly pay, training opportunities, discounts, and flexible schedules. No college degree is required, and prior guest-service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year related experience.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities.
• Basic math skills and computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met.
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member-counseling sessions, including corrective action reports.
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume.
• Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area.
