Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Ford Ice Center Bellevue in Nashville, TN is seeking a part-time Restaurant Supervisor. You will lead hourly staff, ensure service quality, and manage daily operations while prioritizing guest satisfaction.

• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member-counseling sessions, including corrective action reports
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
• Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests' and team member need within your assigned area

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a part-time Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Ford Ice Center Bellevue in Nashville, Tennessee. $22.00 - $22.00 / hour
