Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan, seeks a part-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee repairs and the replacement of facility equipment. You will manage maintenance tasks for stands, kitchens, and bars, order parts, and ensure logs are updated.

The role requires at least 3 years in a supervisory position, experience with machinery and metalworking, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Experience with machinery, metalworking and locksmith duties.
• Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic repair and maintenance of assigned equipment
• Performs preventative maintenance on stand, kitchen, and bar equipment
• Orders parts and maintains inventory
• Safely operates small power tools and other maintenance tools
• Completes all paperwork and maintenance log in a timely manner
• Reviews status of assignments and any follow-up actions with the Manager
• Performs other duties as assigned
