Qualifications

• Familiarity with all menu items, prices and hours of operation.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service during dining.
• Maintain a clean work area and professional appearance.
• Assist in pre-bussing and clearing tables.
• Set up or close the wait station and complete daily side work.
• Assist guests with questions about activities on the property.
• Practice responsible alcohol service (TIPS) and identify guests.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the dining area and maintain timely service.
• Keep station clean, stocked and organized throughout shift.
• Support bussers and assist with table pre-bussing.
