Job summary

HRI Properties is seeking a Part-time Restaurant Server to deliver warm, efficient service in a bustling Food & Beverage department. The role requires greeting guests, taking orders, suggesting menu items, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery and checkout while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates have prior serving experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs.
• Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately.
• Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization.
• Communicate guest needs and concerns to management or kitchen staff as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
