Job summary

Loews Atlanta Hotel in Midtown is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server for dinner service. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest menu items, and ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining a warm, engaging experience.

This role requires hospitality experience and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Training and schedule flexibility are provided; team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Prev. restaurant or hospitality experience is required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40–50 pounds during shifts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent accepted.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently with quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs to kitchen or bar as needed.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, stocked and organized.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely, coordinated service.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings; comply with standards.
• May work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
