Job summary

Chick-fil-A 98th and Columbus is seeking a part-time Restaurant HR Manager to lead onboarding, training, and staffing in a fast-paced NYC environment.

You will collaborate with team members and leadership, oversee interviewing, scheduling, and payroll records, and ensure Chick-fil-A service standards are upheld.

This role emphasizes people development, a respectful culture, and growth opportunities on the floor and in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
• Impeccable organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Human Resource role.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (preferred).
• College Education (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with Fair Workweek laws (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee training, interviewing, disciplinary actions, and goal setting along with other administrative and operational tasks.
• Develop and implement training schedules to prepare team members for success.
• Manage team member scheduling to align with staffing needs and fairness.
• Ensure consistent application of Chick-fil-A’s service standards and operational processes.
• Engage directly with team members on the floor and in the kitchen to support operations.
