Job summary

Chick-fil-A Flatbush and Atlantic/ Clinton Hill in Brooklyn, NY, seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and foster a culture of hospitality. You will work with senior leadership to execute strategies, coach team leaders, and ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A standards.

The role focuses on people leadership, high performance, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Shifts include opening/closing responsibilities and long hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations and leadership.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a NY food handler permit.
• Strong coaching and accountability for team leaders and members.
• Ability to coach for world-class hospitality and standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations and ensure Chick-fil-A standards.
• Coach and develop team leaders and team members.
• Collaborate with catering and leadership teams to grow the brand.
• Oversee inventory, recruiting, and financial accountability.
• Open and close the restaurant and manage shifts as needed.
