Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve safe, high-quality, craveable food with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Take ownership of your assigned position and maintain a strong sense of urgency throughout the shift.
• Anticipate product, stocking, and operational needs and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
• Maintain proficiency in trained kitchen positions and continuously work to expand your knowledge and skills.
• Communicate product needs, bottlenecks, food quality concerns, and equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and inspection-ready kitchen at all times.
• Protect food safety and quality standards and never knowingly serve a product that does not meet expectations.
• Support Team Members and contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, hustle, and excellence.
• Receive coaching positively, take responsibility for mistakes, and consistently apply feedback.
• Complete required training and stay knowledgeable of menu, product, and operational changes.
• Follow all Chick-fil-A safety, appearance, operational, and restaurant standards.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
