Job summary

KRG Holdings LLC in Callaway, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and deliver superior guest service in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This is a part-time role designed to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

You will help create schedules, oversee opening/closing tasks, manage inventory, train staff, and participate in management meetings. Candidates should have at least one year in a supervisory restaurant role and be available to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in managerial role (restaurant management preferred).
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights & weekends.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating employee schedules and managing a team of 2-5 crew members.
• Oversee store opening and closing tasks.
• Order inventory and ensure stock availability.
• Lead by example and assist in employee training and development.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
