Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience, restaurant management preferred.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights & weekends.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating schedules and manage a team of 2-5 crew members.
• Oversee store opening and closing tasks.
• Order inventory and ensure stock availability.
• Lead by example and train and develop employees.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
