Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a managerial role (restaurant management preferred).
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights & weekends.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating employee schedules and managing a team of 2-5 crew members.
• Oversee store opening and closing tasks
• Order inventory and ensure stock availability
• Lead by example and assist in employee training and development
